How to care for your Hoko garments so they last much longer
Hoko garments, by definition, are very durable, but like everyone else, they like to be cared for.
It's important to keep in mind that our fabrics are made with polypropylene yarn and colored microfiber. This prevents fading or pilling due to wear and tear. However, you should be careful with high temperatures, whether in the wash, in the dryer, or with the iron, as these can damage the garment by shrinking it or even unraveling the fabric.

To quickly know which is the front of the mesh or the front part, you just have to look at where the logo is; it should always be on the front of the left leg.
It's important to fit the garment properly, especially around the groin area, to prevent pouches and chafing, especially with the SENSEI model.
Remember that we work the fabric specifically to provide compression in each of our products. This doesn't mean the compression should be tight or uncomfortable. Instead, you should notice the tight mesh and your muscles supported. This will help you recover properly and prevent possible muscle injuries.

When we say our clothes have memory, we mean that after each wash, the fabric returns to its original position as long as it has been properly used and cared for.
That is why we recommend that you open the weft of the stitch with both arms every time you put it on to relax the fabric as shown in Fig. 1.
Once you've put on the sleeves, avoid excessive tugging at the armpits and cuffs if you want a snug fit and the garment to do its job of keeping your body warm. Fig. 2

How do I redeem a gift card? Once you place the order you will receive an email with a code, you can forward this email to whoever you want or print it to hand deliver it. If the order is greater than the amount of the gift card, you can select another payment method to complete the purchase and if it is less, the remaining balance will be saved on your card for future use.
How do I check the balance of my gift card? At the end of each purchase with which a gift card has been used, you will receive an email in which the available balance appears. In physical stores the balance will appear on the purchase receipt.
Can I buy more than one gift card in the same order? Yes, you can buy the gift cards you want in the same order, you will receive an email for each one you have purchased with a different code.
Can I return a gift card? Yes, of course, you have 60 days to return a gift card without having used it. To refund the card, please contact us at info@hokosport.com or +34 93 796 15 18.
Can I return a product purchased with a gift card? Clear! The refunded amount will return to the gift card as an available balance so you can use it again.
Can I use an online gift card in a physical store? Yes, to use it in one of our physical stores in Mataró, Sabadell, Madrid or Bilbao you just have to show the QR that is sent in the gift card email.
When does the gift card expire? The gift card expires after 5 years.
Can I exchange the amount for money? No, it is not possible to exchange the balance of your gift card for cash, nor to use the balance of your gift card to purchase another gift card.
